Professional Experience:
I started in photography at the Arkansas Gazette, worked for United Press International in Los Angeles, Austin,TX and Dallas,TX for several years before starting my business in Little Rock.
As photojournalist I covered major stories: Democratic National Conventions, JFK Asssassination, Dallas Cowboys, Cotton Bowl/Sugar Bowl, hurricanes, LBJ at his ranch and many more.
I have had photographs in every major magazine and newspapers around the world.
I formed Dungan/Allen Productions in Little Rock in l966 for advertising/commercial photograpy and film/video productions.
I have worked for many agencies in the region doing photography for clients like Exxon, Gulf, Murphy Oil, Systematics, Alltel, International Paper, Fairfield Communities AT&T and Southwestern Bell, Black Star, Georgia Pacific, United Airlines, Money Magazine, Womans World, Time/Life and many others.
Have produced over 2,000 television commercials and more than 75 non-theatrical productions, including a series for AETN and the University of Arkansas Architecture Dept.
My equipment includes all formats of film cameras: 4x5, hassalblad 120, 35mm nikons, with a full array of lenses and lighting equipment.
My digital equipment includes Nikon D200s with Power book G4 and a variety of lighting kits.
